We have the nicest group of tenants in any building in Keene. Almost all of our tenants work full time although some are also going to school. If you are looking for a “party building” you have come to the wrong place.  The building is locked between 5:30 pm and 7:00 am for your security and we have a full time custodian working in the building every day. All rents include heat and hot water and require a one year lease and a one month security deposit. We do not allow pets (sorry) but we do have a laundry room in the building. There is no on site parking but there is parking available very near by. The building is fully sprinkled and has a fire alarm system.
